How to keep yourself mentally fit
As you know there are lots of question arising in our life but we are hesitating to ask with anyone about these questions in life but don’t worry. I am always here to share my experiences with you all so you will get your answer to your curiosity. If you have more question then you can write on my blog will help you with that as much as I can. So now stating my experience below so as to keep you updated, here you go: When I started, I used to do for 5 to 10 minutes then later on after a week it improved around 15 to 20 minutes but it’s very much difficult sometimes for me to keep separate from this world even if trying to do so. Always keep in mind your negative energies around you will distract you to do right but you have to fight with these energies and keep going on for a positive beginning. As per my experience till yesterday I was able to wake up at 03:30 AM and do the meditation but today i.e. 13.04.2020 was unable to wake up at that time due to acidity and a headache but still did my meditation at 7:00 AM to keep myself relaxed from any kind of worries. In our life everywhere we will face difficult situations, but we have to find the solutions to come out of it and nobody can help you to fight with that. I will continue with this as it is because now I feel like emptiness without meditation as we feel hungry for food. I assure you once you enter in the world of meditation to change your inner strength without harming others then you can easily fight with your enemies inside you. And this will help you to do anything but in starting when we are working on foundation, at this point of time it’s difficult to build but if your mind and heart are together to help in the stage of controlling yourself slowly then it will be easy to do every day on any time but try to do it in early morning which will be the best and most powerful time to get the best outcome. So I choose to go further even if I was facing issues because of this. Hope this will inspire you too and please do share with others to get help from my experiences.
Stay healthy and be safe.
